On another note, I've been doing quite well with my eating habits lately, except for the occasional indulgence in cheese and ice cream. I've reintroduced fruits into my diet and have been staying hydrated with plenty of water, especially in this hot weather. However, I could still improve on my vegetable intake. This weekend, I'm planning to try one of Wendy & Jess's recipes to make vegetables more appealing.
And by the way, I'm still maintaining my 16lb weight loss!
